Welcome to ETHORVE, powered by ONEORVE.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ETHORVE website, platform, applications and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By creating an account or using ETHORVE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. About ETHORVE

ETHORVE is a social community created to bring people together across cultures, locations and backgrounds.

Our guiding principles are:

ETHORVE is designed to encourage genuine human interaction, responsible participation and meaningful connections.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account or use ETHORVE.

By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 16 years old.
• The information you provide is accurate and truthful.
• You are creating an account for yourself and not impersonating another person.
• You will maintain the security of your account.
• You will comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

ETHORVE reserves the right to request verification of your identity or age where reasonably necessary.

3. Your ETHORVE Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials.

You must not:

• Create an account using another person's identity.
• Impersonate another individual, organisation or entity.
• Create accounts for fraudulent or deceptive purposes.
• Share your account with another person.
• Attempt to access another user's account.
• Create multiple accounts to evade restrictions or enforcement actions.

You are responsible for activities carried out through your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, you should notify ETHORVE as soon as possible.

4. Authenticity and Genuine Participation

ETHORVE is intended for real people and genuine human interaction.

You must not use ETHORVE to:

• Operate fake or deceptive identities.
• Misrepresent your identity, qualifications or affiliations.
• Create accounts for bots or automated personas.
• Operate coordinated networks of fake accounts.
• Manipulate engagement, followers or community activity.
• Mislead other users for personal, commercial or fraudulent purposes.

We may restrict, suspend or remove accounts that we reasonably believe violate these principles.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use ETHORVE responsibly and respectfully.

You must not use the Platform to:

• Harass, threaten, intimidate or stalk others.
• Promote violence or criminal activity.
• Discriminate against or target individuals or groups.
• Publish knowingly false or deliberately misleading information intended to cause harm.
• Engage in scams, fraud, phishing or other deceptive activities.
• Distribute malware or malicious software.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Platform or another user's account.
• Circumvent security or technical controls.
• Interfere with the operation or availability of ETHORVE.
• Scrape, harvest or collect user information without authorisation.
• Use automated systems to interact with ETHORVE without our permission.
• Conduct activities that violate applicable laws or regulations.

6. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content that you create and post on ETHORVE (“User Content”).

By posting User Content, you grant ETHORVE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute and technically process that content as reasonably necessary to operate, maintain and provide the Platform.

This licence does not transfer ownership of your content to ETHORVE.

You are responsible for the content you post and must ensure that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share it.

You must not post content that:

• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other intellectual property rights.
• Contains another person's private or confidential information without appropriate permission.
• Is unlawful, fraudulent or deliberately deceptive.
• Constitutes harassment, threats or abuse.
• Contains malicious code or harmful software.
• Violates these Terms or applicable laws.

7. Community Moderation

ETHORVE is intended to be an open and welcoming community. However, maintaining a safe environment requires reasonable moderation.

We may, where appropriate:

• Review reported content or accounts.
• Remove content that violates these Terms.
• Restrict the visibility or functionality of content.
• Suspend or terminate accounts.
• Take action against spam, scams, fake accounts or automated abuse.
• Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities.

We do not guarantee that all inappropriate content will be identified or removed immediately.

Users are encouraged to report content or behaviour that violates these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

The ETHORVE name, logo, branding, software, design, features and other Platform materials are owned by or licensed to ONEORVE or its relevant licensors.

You may use ETHORVE only for its intended purpose.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without appropriate permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

9. Third-Party Services

ETHORVE may allow you to sign in or connect using third-party services such as Google, LinkedIn, X or other identity providers.

Your use of those services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

ETHORVE is not responsible for the availability, security or operation of third-party services.

10. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use and protection of personal information is governed by the ETHORVE Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

We encourage you to read the Privacy Policy before using the Platform.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

ETHORVE may use cookies and similar technologies to provide, secure and improve the Platform.

Please refer to our Cookies Policy for further information about how these technologies are used and the choices available to you.

12. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect ETHORVE and its users.

However, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

You acknowledge that:

• Internet transmissions may carry inherent risks.
• You are responsible for protecting your account credentials.
• You should not share passwords, authentication codes or other security credentials with others.
• You should notify us if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

13. Availability of the Platform

We aim to keep ETHORVE available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that the Platform will:

• Always be available;
• Operate without interruption;
• Be completely error-free; or
• Be free from security vulnerabilities.

We may temporarily suspend or modify the Platform for maintenance, security, upgrades or other operational reasons.

14. Changes to ETHORVE

ETHORVE may evolve over time.

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue features or services where reasonably necessary.

Where changes materially affect these Terms, we will make reasonable efforts to notify users or provide appropriate notice.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

You may stop using ETHORVE at any time and may request deletion of your account in accordance with our applicable procedures.

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms;
• We reasonably believe your account is being used fraudulently or abusively;
• Your activity creates a security or legal risk;
• You provide materially false information;
• You attempt to circumvent enforcement measures; or
• We are required to do so by law.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide an explanation or opportunity to appeal an enforcement decision.

16. Disclaimers

ETHORVE is provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis to the extent permitted by law.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability or completeness of content posted by users.

ETHORVE does not endorse or guarantee the identity, statements, conduct, qualifications or reliability of any individual user.

Users are responsible for exercising appropriate judgement when communicating or interacting with others.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ONEORVE and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, ETHORVE.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

18. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONEORVE and its affiliates, officers, employees and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms;
• Your User Content;
• Your misuse of ETHORVE; or
• Your violation of another person's rights or applicable law.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ETHORVE shall be subject to the applicable courts of Singapore, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

20. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to ETHORVE, applicable laws, technology or our operating practices.

The latest version will be published on the Platform with the Last Updated date.

Your continued use of ETHORVE after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
