ETHORVE is designed as a social community where people can connect, communicate, share experiences and participate in communities.
For privacy-related matters, ONEORVE acts as the organisation responsible for the operation and management of ETHORVE and the processing of personal data through the Platform.

We collect information that is necessary to provide, secure and improve ETHORVE.
Depending on how you use the Platform, this may include:

ETHORVE is a social community.
Depending on your settings and the features you use, information such as your:

may be visible to other users or the public.
Please consider carefully what you choose to publish.
Once information is made public, we cannot guarantee that other people will not copy, screenshot, save or redistribute it.

Where ETHORVE provides private messaging or similar functionality, communications may be processed and stored as necessary to provide the service, maintain security, investigate abuse and comply with legal obligations.
ETHORVE does not represent that all communications are end-to-end encrypted unless the Platform expressly identifies a particular communication feature as providing such encryption.
12. User-Generated Content
You retain ownership of content you create and upload to ETHORVE.
However, we need certain rights to store, process, display and deliver your content so that the Platform can function.
Our use of User Content is governed by our Terms of Use.
We do not claim ownership of your content merely because you upload it to ETHORVE.
13. Age Requirement
ETHORVE is intended for individuals 18 years of age or older.
We do not knowingly permit individuals under 18 to create accounts or use ETHORVE.
If we discover that an account belongs to someone under 18, we may suspend or delete the account and associated personal data, subject to applicable legal requirements.
If you believe someone under 18 is using ETHORVE, please report the account to us.
14. Identity and Account Verification
ETHORVE may introduce verification measures to help maintain a community of genuine users.
Where verification is implemented, we will collect only the information reasonably necessary for the verification process.
If third-party verification providers are used, relevant information may be processed by those providers on our behalf.

Content that you have shared publicly may also have been copied or redistributed by other users and may not be possible for ETHORVE to completely recover or remove from outside systems.

Those websites operate independently and have their own privacy practices.
This Privacy Policy does not apply to third-party websites that we do not control.
